Section 5.20.120 Class E license.

A. A class E license shall entitle the licensee to sell beer in original containers for consumption on the premises, and shall be for a period of not more than thirty (30) days to be approved by the City .

B. No person under the age of twenty-one (21) years shall enter into, or be in or about, any premises licensed as a class E establishment, unless the City has specifically waived such prohibition.

C. All Class E licensees shall be required to obtain from the State of Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control any required licenses and shall comply with all provisions thereof. (Prior code § 11-05-012)
