Section 5.20.130 Liquor sales and / or consumption license.

    A liquor sales and / or consumption license shall entitle the licensee to sell and to permit or allow customers, members, guests or other persons upon the premises to consume liquor . . Any person desiring to sell or to allow the consumption of liquor as defined in Chapter 5.08 of this title shall first obtain a liquor sales and / or consumption license and any required license from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control of the State  of Utah . This  license shall not apply to private events where guests are permitted to attend such event by invitation only and where liquor is not sold.  (Prior code § 11-05-013)
