Section 5.20.140 License to sell beer at retail.

It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of the sale of beer in retail, in bottles, cans or draft within the corporate limits of Vernal City without first having procured a license therefor from the City . A separate license shall be required for each premises where sales occur and the license itself shall identify the specific premises covered thereby, and said license shall at all times be conspicuously displayed in the place to which it shall refer or for which it shall be issued. All licensees shall comply with the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act of the state and the regulations of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, and the regulations as specified in this chapter and every license shall recite that it is granted subject to the revocation as is provided in Section 5.04.430.
