A.    It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of selling beer at wholesale within the corporate limits of Vernal City without first obtaining the necessary license from the City to operate a business within the corporate limits of Vernal City and a license from the Department of Beverage Control of the state and paying a fee therefor as required by law.

    B.    Licensees shall comply with all regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act of the state pertaining to the sale of beer at wholesale. (Prior code § 11-05-015)
