A.    Applications provided in this chapter shall be accompanied by the fees hereinafter provided, which shall be deposited with the City Treasurer if the license is granted, or returned to the applicant if the application is denied:

    1.    For class A retail license, one hundred fifty (150) dollars per calendar year;

    2.    For class B retail license, two hundred (200) dollars per calendar year;

    3.    For initial application and issuance of class C retail license, one thousand five hundred (1,500) dollars for the first year of operation;

    4.    For renewal of a class C retail license, three hundred (300) dollars per calendar year;

    5.    For class D beer retail license, twenty-five (25) dollars per day or any part thereof up to seven (7) days. Any period longer than seven (7) days is two hundred (200) dollars per calendar year;

    6.    For class E license, twenty-five (25) dollars per day or any part thereof;

    7.    For alcoholic beverage consumption license, twenty-five (25) dollars per day or any part thereof up to seven (7) days. Any period longer than seven (7) days is two hundred (200) dollars per calendar year;

    8.    For beer consumption license for recreation facilities, twenty-five dollars per day or any part thereof.

    B.    All annual fees as provided shall be prorated on a quarterly basis through the end of the calendar year for licenses issued effective after March 31 of any year. (Prior code § 11-05-020)
