Chapter 5.20 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Section 5.20.210 Sanitation requirements.
The City may require any applicant to procure from the
Tri-County Health
Department
a permit which shall show that the premises to be licensed are in a sanitary
condition and that the equipment used in the storage, distribution or sale of alcoholic
beverages complies with all the health regulations of the City and the state. Upon
recommendation of the
Tri-County Health Department
, any licenses issued may be
revoked when any reasonable order, rule or regulation of the Department has not been
