No license provided by this chapter shall be issued by the City License Clerk until the applicant shall have filed with the License Clerk a copy of the bond required by Title 32A, Alcoholic Beverage Control Act of the state (1953), as amended, where applicable. Licenses shall comply with all laws of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control requiring bonding and liability insurance. (Prior code § 11-05-022)
