Section 5.20.240 License--Application--Action for approval or denial.

Upon receipt of the report from the Chief of Police, the City Licensing Clerk shall act upon the application as he shall deem fair, just and proper, in regard to granting or denying the same. If the City's Licensing Clerk denies approval of the application, the applicant may, within fifteen (15) calendar days of such denial, request in writing to the City Manager that the City Council consider approval of the application.(Prior code § 11-05-024)
