Chapter 5.20 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Section 5.20.300 Hours of operation.
A. It is unlawful to sell beer or permit beer to be consumed
on any premises required
to be licensed under the provisions of this chapter between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and
10:00 a.m. of any day. This provision shall not apply to premises licensed as class A
establishments.
B. It shall only be lawful to sell or allow to be sold
or to consume or allow to be
consumed any liquor on any premises required to be licensed under the provisions of this
chapter between the hours of 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight.
On a state or national
election day, liquor may not be sold or consumed until after the polls are closed.
