It is unlawful for any licensee or operator or employee of any licensee to sell any alcoholic beverage to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age. It is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years of age to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises. (Prior code § 11-05-045)
