Section 5.20.460 Presence of minors in establishments where prohibited.

    A.    It is unlawful and shall constitute an offense of strict liability for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to:
    1.    Enter, or be in or about, any premises where their presence is prohibited under the provisions of this act; or
    2.    To drink beer or any other alcoholic beverages.
    B.    Any person violating any provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and may not be imprisoned, but shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand (1,000) dollars and six (6) months in jail. (Prior code § 11-05-046)
