Section 5.20.490 Supplying alcoholic beverages to minors.

    It is unlawful for alcoholic beverages to be given, sold or otherwise supplied to any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, but this shall not apply to the supplying of liquor to such person for medicinal purposes only by the parent or guardian of such person or to the administering of liquor to such person by a physician in accordance with the provisions of this title.
