Chapter 5.24 NONPROFIT CLUBS
Section 5.24.020 License--Application--Contents.
All applications for a license shall at the time of application
be filed with the City License
Clerk, and each time the license is renewed a verified statement shall be filed indicating the
elected officers and directors of the club, the managing directors or personnel and their salaries,
the location of all facilities operated by the club, a financial statement for the prior year of
operation, that the officers, directors and managing personnel have complied with the
requirements and possess the qualifications specified in the Liquor Control Act of the state, that
if entrance to the premises or facilities of the club is by key or other device only, a key or device
has been supplied to the Chief of Police and that the sale of beer will be made to members and
guests only. The statement shall be executed by the president, chief officer or managing director
