Each nonprofit club which qualifies under this chapter shall allow the City Auditor or his agents immediate access to is books for the purpose of ascertaining whether the club is in fact a nonprofit organization or whether it is operating for and realizing a pecuniary profit. If it is determined the club is in fact operating for pecuniary profit, the license issued under this chapter shall be revoked and the club required to procure the necessary business license required by this title.
