Chapter 5.24 NONPROFIT CLUBS
Section 5.24.170 Prohibited conduct.
It shall be unlawful for the club, acting through its employees
or managing director, holding a
license, and any employee, member, guest, club officer or director to:
A. Possess any alcoholic beverage
contrary to state statutes;
B. Sell any alcoholic beverage in
violation of state statute;
C. Supply any alcoholic beverage to
any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years;
D. Permit drunkenness to take place
in or on any club premises or facilities;
E. Permit any person under the age
of twenty-one (21) years to remain in or about the lounge
or bar area of the premises or facilities of the club;
F. Supply any alcoholic beverage to
an intoxicated person;
G. Serve or mix beer or liquor on
or at the premises or facilities or permit persons to
consume beer or liquor on the premises and facilities between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00
a.m. of any day, except that on any New Year's Day the hours of unlawful operation shall be
between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the day;
H. Use the premises of the club for
any unlawful purpose. (Prior code § 11-06-017)
