A.    It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the operation of an amusement center, penny arcade or pool hall within the City in contravention of the curfew provisions as presently contained in the revised ordinances of Vernal City, or as may be hereafter amended.

    B.    It is unlawful for licensees under an amusement hall license to allow persons under the age of eighteen (18) years on the licensed premises for the purpose of operating any amusement device on the days and during the hours when the Uintah County schools are in session.
