There shall be no liquor, beer or tobacco, used or allowed to be consumed on the premises, including the parking lot, of any amusement center, penny arcade or pool hall catering to minors. This provision shall not apply to amusement centers licensed as class C beer establishments under the provisions of this title. (Prior code § 11-07-013)
