For the purposes of this chapter a nuisance is created in any licensed premises where:

    A.    1.  Intoxicated persons are permitted to loiter about, or

    2.    Profanity, indecent, immoral, loud or boisterous language or immoral or lewd conduct is permitted or carried on; or where

    B.    1.  Persons under eighteen (18) years of age are permitted to congregate or loiter about after the hour of 1:00 a.m.; or where

    2.    Persons under fifteen (15) years of age are permitted to congregate or loiter about after the hour of 10:00 p.m; or where

    C.    Arguing, quarreling, fighting, threatening to fight, gaming, betting or any disturbance or breach of the peace is allowed; or where

    D.    Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are allowed to congregate or loiter about on the days and during the hours that the Uintah County schools are in session; or where

    E.    Laws or ordinances are violated by licensee or patrons with the consent or knowledge of licensee upon such premises which tend to affect the public health, peace or morals of the community; or where

    F.    Any sign is displayed which is obnoxious, gaudy, blatant or offensive. (Prior code § 11-07-021)
