A.    The annual fee for the licenses provided in this chapter shall be fifteen (15) dollars each year for each amusement devise used, played or exhibited for use or play. This license fee shall be paid annually. All license fees that are imposed by this chapter shall be due and payable on or before October 1 of each calendar year. In the event the fee is not paid on or before such date, a penalty of ten (10) percent shall be imposed and shall become a part of the license fee imposed by the chapter. If an application is made for a new license after October 1 of any calendar year, the license fee herein set forth shall be either prorated on a quarter-year basis or shall be ten (10) dollars per amusement device, whichever sum is greater.

    B.    The license fee imposed by this chapter shall be in addition to any and all other taxes or licenses imposed by any other provisions of the ordinances of this City. (Prior code §§ 11-08-005 and 11-08-010)
