Chapter 5.33 FRANCHISE - CABLE COMMUNICATIONS
Section 5.33.090 Rights reserved to the City.
A. Operator agrees to city's rights. The City reserves such rights end
and powers,
including the lawful exercise of police power, which under applicable federal, state or
City law or regulations, the City must reserve and maintain. The operator agrees to
comply with all rules and regulations now in effect or hereafter adopted by the City, the
Federal Communications Commission, the State of Utah and the United States
Government.
B. City's right of inspection. The City
may inspect all construction or installation
work performed pursuant to this ordinance and may upon reasonable notice inspect all
records of the operator related to service in the service area in
order to ensure
compliance with the terms
and conditions of the franchise.
