Section 5.35.090 Maps and records.

After each project construction is complete, the Franchisee shall provide the City with accurate copies of as-built plans and maps in a form and content prescribed by the City IT Specialist; however, in no event shall Franchisee be obligated to provide proprietary information pertaining to the communication system, which includes, but is not limited to, information relating to the capacities, functionalities, and limitations of the communication system. These plans and maps shall be provided at no cost to the City and shall include hard copies and digital copies in a format specified by the City IT Specialist.
