Chapter 5.35 FRANCHISE - TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Section 5.35.170 Modification.
The City and the Franchisee reserve the right to alter, amend, or modify the
terms and
conditions of a franchise upon the written agreement of both parties to such alteration,
amendment or modification. Said modifications shall be approved by the City by
ordinance and accepted by the Franchisee consistent with this section herein.
