Chapter 5.35 FRANCHISE - TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Any notice or information required or permitted to be given to the parties under this ordinance may be sent to the following addresses unless otherwise specified:

Notice shall be deemed given upon receipt in the case of personal delivery three (3) days after deposit in the U.S. mail in the case of regular mail, or next day in the case of overnight delivery
