Section 5.35.280 Governing law / venue.

This ordinance shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. The venue and jurisdiction over any dispute related to this franchise shall be with the Utah State Court in Uintah County, Utah, or with respect to any federal question, with the United States District Court for the District of Utah in Salt Lake City.
