Section 5.36.030 Acceptance by Company.

Within sixty (60) days after the passage of this ordinance by the City, Rocky Mountain Power shall file an unqualified written acceptance thereof, with the City Recorder otherwise the ordinance and the rights granted herein shall be null and void.
