The license application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee, which shall be deposited with the City Treasurer. The fee shall be returned in the event that the license is not approved.

    A.    The license fee for temporary merchant shall be two hundred fifty (250) dollars for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days.

    B.    The license fee for temporary merchants selling food, agricultural products, or forestry raw products shall be  fifty (50) dollars for one year.  (Ord. 93-11 § 2(D): prior code § 11-09-002, amended Ord. 94-08 §1)
