Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2012-03 on 01/18/2012, Section 5.36.030 read as follows.

~~The license application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee, which shall be deposited with the City Treasurer. The fee shall be returned in the event that the license is not approved.~~

~~A. The license fee for temporary merchant shall be two hundred fifty (250) dollars for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days.~~

B. The license fee for temporary merchants selling food, agricultural products, or forestry raw products shall be fifty (50) dollars for one year. (Ord. 93-11 § 2(D): prior code § 11-09-002, amended Ord. 94-08 §1)

No. 95-23, Amended, 10/18/95)~~ Within sixty (60) days after the passage of this ordinance by the City, Rocky Mountain Power shall file an unqualified written acceptance thereof, with the City Recorder otherwise the ordinance and the rights granted herein shall be null and void.
