Chapter 5.36 TEMPORARY MERCHANTS
Section 5.36.040 License--Application--Investigation--Report.
A. All applicants for temporary merchandising
licenses and any attachments or reports
required by the City shall be referred to the Chief of Police for investigation and report as to the
following:
1. Past business activity and history;
2. Verification of references;
3. Criminal record, if any;
4. Any other area which the Chief
feels is directly related to the issuance of a license.
B. After receipt of the application,
the Chief of Police shall have ten (10) days to make the
report to the City License Clerk, who shall then report such findings to the City Council. (Prior
