A temporary merchant shall display, in a conspicuous location on the premises where business is transacted, notice to include the following information:

    A.    Whether the merchandise to be sold is new, used, reconditioned, rebuilt, etc.;

    B.    The guarantee or warranty on merchandise to be sold, if applicable. If no warranty or guarantee is provided, notice shall state such. (Prior code § 11-09-009)
