Section 5.36.070 Annexation.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2012-03 on 01/18/2012, Section 5.36.070 read as follows.
A temporary merchant shall display, in a conspicuous location on
the premises where
business is transacted, notice to include the following information:
A. Whether the merchandise to be sold is new,
used, reconditioned, rebuilt, etc.;
B. The guarantee or warranty on merchandise
to be sold, if applicable. If no warranty
or guarantee is provided, notice shall state such. (Prior code § 11-09-009)
