Section 5.36.080 Plan, design, construction and installation of company facilities.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2012-03 on 01/18/2012, Section 5.36.080 read as follows.
A. All applicants for licenses under the provisions
of this chapter shall provide the
City License Clerk a certified copy of the state sales tax license or, if one (1) has not been
obtained, certificate by the State Tax Commission that a license has been applied for and
has been approved.
B. All applicants shall provide the City License
Clerk with proof that arrangements
have been made with the State Tax Commission to insure that all sales tax collected from
sales occurring within the boundaries of Vernal City shall be credited to Vernal City.
