A signed statement from the property owner, giving permission for their property to be used for temporary merchandising shall be required a part of the application for any temporary merchandising. The signed statement shall include the length of time that the temporary merchandising is allowed to take place. (Ord. 93-20 § 1: prior code § 11-09-013)
