Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2003-08 on 02/27/2003, Section 5.36.120 read as follows.

All temporary merchandising locations:

1. Shall occur at the location designated on the license except as provided for in the mobile food vendors section of this Chapter;

2. Shall not be granted on any property which is not zoned for commercial business activity except as provided for in the mobile food vendors section of this Chapter;

3. Shall have paved parking in accordance with Chapter 16.26.230 providing one space for each employee and five spaces for customers;

4. Shall provide access to the property and parking area from a public street and shall not encroach on any neighboring properties for access or for parking. (Prior code § 11-09-014)(Ord. No. 96-21, Amended, 08/30/96)
