Section 5.36.151 Mobile food vendor license fee and time limit.

A. A fifty ($50) dollar annual fee will be required for any mobile food vendor license.

B. A mobile food vendor license shall be valid for the calendar year in which it is issued, or part thereof remaining. No mobile food vendor license shall be renewable year to year. A new license, meeting all of the criteria as required by this Chapter, must be obtained each year.
