A.    The license application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee and shall be deposited with the City Treasurer. Said fee shall be returned in the event that the license is not approved.

    B.    The license fee for a temporary sales event sponsor shall be one hundred (100) dollars per day for each day the sales event is conducted. (Ord. 93-11 § 3 (part): prior code § 11-09.1-004)
