Chapter 5.38 TEMPORARY SALES EVENTS
Section 5.38.080 License--Notice requirements.
A. A temporary sales event sponsor
shall display, in a conspicuous location on the premises
where business is transacted, notice to include the following information:
1. Whether the merchandise to be sold
is new, used, reconditioned, rebuilt, etc.;
2. The guarantee or warranty on merchandise
to be sold, if applicable. If no warranty or
guarantee is provided, notice shall state such. (Ord. 93-11 § 3 (part): prior code § 11-09.1-008)
