Chapter 5.38 TEMPORARY SALES EVENTS
Section 5.38.090 Sales tax license requirements.
All applicants for licenses under the provisions of this
chapter shall first procure from the City
a temporary state sales tax license prior to doing business or shall provide to the City Licensing
Clerk a certified copy of the state sales tax license or certification from the State Tax
Commission that a license has been applied for and been approved. (Ord. 93-11 § 3 (part): prior
