It is unlawful for any person licensed by this chapter to fail to submit a copy of all entries upon the records required to be maintained on the first business day following each Saturday of every week, except that the records regarding merchandise purchased from other dealers need not be submitted but shall be retained by the dealer at his place of business for inspection by the Police Department. The Business License Clerk shall furnish the necessary form, approved by the Chief of Police, on which the information demanded in this chapter shall be submitted. (Prior code § 11-11-005)
