All entries on records required to be made by this chapter shall be made in ink in a legible manner, and all records shall be open to inspection by any police officer, the City Attorney, City Business License Clerk, or any other person who shall be duly authorized. Anyone so authorized shall also be permitted to have access to all premises licensed under this chapter for the purpose of inspection of the premises. (Prior code § 11-11-006)
