It is unlawful for any pawnbroker or his agent to receive, by way of pledge or pawn, any goods, articles or things whatsoever from a minor at any time, nor from any person before the hour of 7:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. weekday, or at any time on Sunday. (Prior code § 11-11-007)
