It is unlawful for any person, either as owner, occupant, tenant, lessee, his agent, servant or employee, to deposit, leave or permit the accumulation, upon the premises occupied by him and every part of the same used in the business of salvage or wrecking shop, of any junk, rubbish or waste material whatsoever, or to permit such premises or any part thereof to be or become in an unsightly condition.
