All applications for licenses authorized by this chapter shall be verified and shall be filed with the City License Clerk. If the applicant is a partnership, the names and addresses of all the partners must be stated, and if a corporation, the names and addresses of all its officers and directors must be stated. The license application shall further include the applicant's assigned Utah State sales tax number. The City Council may require any additional information it deems necessary in the issuance of a license under this chapter. (Prior code § 11-13-003)
