Chapter 5.52 PUBLIC DANCES
Section 5.52.140 Presence of minors on premises licensed for the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
If any licensed dance premises are also licensed for the
sale or consumption of any alcoholic
beverage, no person under the age of twenty-one (21) may enter or be permitted to remain on
such premises. It is unlawful for any person to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of
gaining admission to a public dance on premises licensed for the sale or consumption of any
alcoholic beverage. Further, no person under the age of twenty-one (21) may enter any dance
premises using joint entrances, restroom facilities, or other common areas with a premises
licensed for the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages. (Prior code § 11-13-014)
