Section 5.52.180 Public dance fee.

    Licenses for the conducting of a single public dance, in addition to conforming to all other provisions of this title, shall pay a special fee of seventy five (75) dollars per dance. The fee shall accompany the application and be returned to the applicant if the application is denied. The fees for such public dances shall be as follows:
    A.    Annual fee: two hundred (200) dollars (October 1 through September 30);
    B.    Half year: one hundred (100) dollars (April 1 through September 30)
    C.    Additional locations: ten (10) dollars per each additional location;
    D.    Single dances: seventy-five (75) dollars per dance (annual fee not required). (Prior code § 11-13-017)
