Chapter 5.56 MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS
Section 5.56.020 License--Application--Content.
In addition to complying with all the provisions of Chapter
5.04 of this title, the following
shall be attached to a new application for a manufactured home park license:
A. The name of the manufactured
home park which the applicant wishes to operate;
B. Evidence that the manufactured
home park has been located, designed and constructed in
accordance with Title 16 manufactured home park code;
C. In the event that the applicant
is not the owner of the land upon which the manufactured
home park is located, the application shall also include;
1. The name of the owner of the manufactured
home park and the legal relationship of the
applicant to the owner,
2. Documentation of the authority
granted to the applicant to operate the manufactured home
park on behalf of the owner;
D. Evidence of the applicant's financial
responsibility. The City Council in its discretion may
request personal financial statements and financial statements of all business entities in which the
applicant has an equity interest of ten (10) percent or more, and may include balance sheets and
income statements as well as any other documentation of financial responsibility. (Prior code §
