In addition to complying with all the provisions of Chapter 5.04 of this title, a duplicate copy of the application for renewal shall be submitted by the City License Clerk to the City Manager. The City Manager shall consider the application for renewal and shall add his recommendation as to the granting or denying of the application under Section 5.56.020, as well as any additional information which may be requested by subsequent amendment to the section.
