Upon completion of the permit application, the Vernal City Licensing Clerk shall submit such application to the Vernal City Council for its approval at its next regularly scheduled meeting. No door-to-door solicitations shall commence until the Vernal City Council shall have given its final approval. (Prior code § 11-16-005)
