Any individual proposing to conduct door-to-door solicitations shall possess with him at all times that such solicitations takes place a photograph identification tag provided by Vernal City. The tag must be worn on the outside of clothing at all times, readily visible to those potential customers who are contacted by the solicitor. (Prior code § 11-16-007)
