A.    The application required by this chapter shall set forth name, age, experience and address of the applicant.

    B.    If the applicant is a partnership, such information shall be given regarding each member of the partnership, the person to be in active charge of such partnership, and all employees.

    C.    If the applicant is a corporation, information shall be given concerning each officer, director, local employee, and the person to be in active charge of such corporation. (Prior code § 11-17-005)
