A licensee or employee of a licensee shall not operate a motor vehicle in the performance of his business with a label, decal or business name that is in any way similar to the label, decal or name appearing on the motor vehicles of the City Police Department or other official law enforcement agency within the state. The decision of the Chief of Police as to any similarity shall be final, and failure to comply with the decision of the Chief of Police shall be grounds for revocation of the license.
