A licensee may apply to the Chief of Police for an annual permit to escort processions and parades, subject to the ordinances of the City and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Chief of Police, after which the Chief of Police may issue the annual permit. Any permit so issued shall terminate upon cessation of business by the licensee, or upon revocation of the licensee's license, or upon revocation of the permit for cause. (Prior code § 11-17-014)
